I will allow my body of work to eloquently speak to my diverse skill set in relation to my artistic abilities. Although my paid work experience may be limited at this time, I have been a passionate creator for most of my life and possess a strong desire to succeed in my endeavors. I am continuously discovering and learning new methods or procedures that can significantly enhance my overall skill set. I truly enjoy the process of learning and applying these new techniques to my various creative outlets. It is important to never assume that you know everything, as there is always something new and valuable to learn. With two decades of experience in the U.S. Coast Guard and a self-taught background, I have cultivated a unique perspective on design and creativity. I attended San Jacinto Community College for a certificate in graphic design in (2001), which has provided me with foundational skills to enhance my artistic capabilities. As I continue to pursue further education, my goal is to expand my knowledge and refine my abilities, embracing new techniques and insights to evolve as a designer. This journey of learning is essential to my growth in the field and helps me stay current with industry trends and standards. The moment you begin to feel stagnated is the precise moment you risk drowning in mediocrity.
